The housing project comprises of 76 garden apartments. The scope of our involvement included architectural design of the apartments, layout planning, planning, design and construction of infrastructure such as roads, water and sewer reticulation networks. The bigger part of the scope of work was the construction of the 76 garden apartments. We also constructed common facilities in the complex.
