Exodus Makumbe
Exodus Makumbe is the Chairman and founding member of Exodus & Company Pvt Ltd and Platinum Groupe Pvt Ltd. He has over 30 years experience in a broad range of sectors including Financial Services, Infrastructure development, Institutional law, and Real Estate brokerage.
Exodus worked for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe for 11 years, before he moved on to lead the formation of Premier Banking Corporation Limited (later sold to Ecobank) where he subsequently worked as CEO for 5 years. Having been inspired by global infrastructure innovation and seeing the potential for innovative real estate development, he took a deep dive into construction, starting with housing development. The self-contained, gated and exclusive houses in Madokero and Mabvazuva became prime brands of their own, setting the pace on the quality and nature of housing development in Zimbabwe. His vision and quality for passion attracted him local and international accolades. The company expanded into roads construction, real estate brokerage, and many other areas.
Progress Mambo
Progress is the Chief Executive Officer of Exodus & Company (Pvt) Ltd and a member of the board of the Company and the Platinum Groupe (Pvt) Ltd. He has assumed various senior management roles in the company since its formation i.e Director of Risk Management and Chief Operating Officer. Progress has got over 20 years experience of working in Housing Development, Infrastructure Development, Financial Services Regulation, and Infrastructure Projects Management. He has aptly led a multidisciplinary team of technical expertise in infrastructure development and has been the company executive custodian through its acclaimed innovative transformation and robust expansion. Exodus & Company Pvt Ltd has become a front sitter in infrastructure development and now ISO Certified in Quality Management and Environment.
Under Progress leadership, Exodus & Co has, among other things, constructed, rehabilitated, and resealed 160km of roadworks nations wide; serviced over 4000 stands build over 500 residential units (apartments, duplex apartments, houses) over 50 commercial units including state of the art warehouses, medical, hospitality and educational institutions.
The Company has established strategic partnerships in Mining, Transport, local and national government as well in the African region i.e Rwanda, South Africa, Malawi, etc. The company has expanded from a local housing development company to a leading and regionally sought-after infrastructure company.
George C Madzvamuse
George is on the board of Exodus &Co Pvt Ltd and also the Executive Director of Platinum Groupe Pvt Ltd. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, fund management, wealth, and strategic management. His wealth of skill and experience is powered by his experience in money and capital markets and he has been instrumental in steering the company in strategic investment opportunities. The company has kept its finger on the pulse in identifying and establishing domestic and regional investment opportunities and has established a rich social capital to keep it sustainable going forward.
Prosper Mapika, CFA
Prosper is a non-executive member of the board who pioneered the establishment of the company and was instrumental in the identification and management of investment opportunities and partnerships. He has got over 15 years experience of working in investment management, financial markets watching, and analysis and is an acclaimed analyst who has sat on executive national boards on investments management.

Tinashe Chigunhah
Tinashe has 15 years experience of working in financial and banking services; infrastructure development (residential and commercial development, roads construction, water, and sewer reticulation); investor management; projects management; multidisciplinary team, and stakeholder management.
As the current Chief Operating Officer of the company, Tinashe has inspired staff to achieve high quality, optimal institutional performance through innovation and conformance to quality standards.
He has played a pivotal role in multi-stakeholder engagement and management. Tinashe has been leading the operational governance of the company with admirable aptitude, driving systemic team development and customer-focused excellence.
Liberty Kusena
Liberty is the Chief Operating Officer with over 15 years of working in the Financial services , assets management, stock bricking and housing development.
He leads the financial planning and management of the company with an incisive monitoring and evaluation acumen.
Liberty oversees key operations departments and works to identify and establish investment opportunities, reduce operational expenses and strengthen the financial and operational health of the Exodus & Co
Alex Mashangu (CEng)
Alex is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Manager, and PMP Certified Project Manager, with over 20 years of experience. He has worked in the construction and manufacturing industries, including construction of multi-lane motorways, railway earthworks and bridges, railway stations (including underground), slab track in railway tunnels, water and sewage reticulation, commercial buildings, cement processing plants construction & commissioning, and cement manufacturing. He has got UK and Africa experience working on major and complex projects, in engineering and project management disciplines. His wealth of experience has been transferable in the new projects the company has embarked on, and has placed us ahead of the more experienced competition in innovative road construction.
