Commenced Operations
Since 2007 Exodus&Company has been a leading infrastructure Company in Zimbabwe working in housing development, road construction and rehabilitation , sewer reticulation, earth moving works, real estate. We are founded on a passionate drive to improve quality of life of people, meeting customer needs at all times and efficient delivery of world class quality products and services

To that effect we have been awardees multiple national , regional and international accolades. These include: World Business Leader Award - World Confederation of Businesses (WORLDCOB). Quality Achievements award- European Society for Quality Research. World Quality Commitment Gold Award World - Business Directives Initiative.
Housing Development
The company made its mark in the housing development industry in Zimbabwe from the development of Madokero Estate, a mixed-use housing development in Harare, Zimbabwe, which was completed in December 2015.
Chartered Institute of Project Managers
We were awarded the Chartered Institute of Project Managers Zimbabwe ( CIPMZ) best Best Project Development of the year award in 2016. This became our watershed moment for expansion on the housing development market in Zimbabwe.
Broader Scope of Work
We broadened the scope of our work beyond housing development, into a general contracting , design-build company. We therefore ventured into new frontiers of construction which include ; infrastructure and complex buildings construction.
Houses and Garden Apartments
By December 2016, the company had completed the construction of 500 modern garden apartments and houses, serviced more than four thousand residential, industrial, commercial and institutional stands, thereby providing shelter to more than five thousand families. During the same period, the company completed design-build construction of a private primary school, an industrial complex, and a fuel service station among other projects
2017 To Date
2017 to date As we consolidated our work and continued to occupied front row seat in Housing Construction in Zimbabwe , we also enhanced our national footprint in road construction , rehabilitation , resealing , storm water drains in the major cities of Harare , Bulawayo , Masvingo , Beitbridge totalling over 160 km of road works . We also worked in partnership with government ministries as well as other private construction partners in the peri urban centres and rural areas .
