Commenced Operations
Since 2007 Exodus & Company has been a leading infrastructure Company in Zimbabwe working in housing development, road construction and rehabilitation , sewer reticulation, earth moving works, real estate. We are founded on a passionate drive to improve quality of life of people, meeting customer needs at all times and efficient delivery of world class quality products and services
Bluffhill
The project was a joint venture between our company and the government of Zimbabwe. It comprised of the development of 52 medium to low density residential stands in the Bluffhill surburb of Harare. The project involved the construction of a road network of 5km with water and sewer reticulation systems and was completed in 2012.
Madokero Estates
The project comprised of 1700 housing units, 30 industrial stands, a regional commercial centre, a medical centre, 5 schools and many other social amenity provisions. Our role was the construction of a bituminous surfaced road network of 30km, construction of a bridge as well as the reticulation for water and sewer of 40 km in length each.
Madokero Gardens
Successfully constructed and sold 106 garden apartments comprised of 2-bedroomed and 3- bedroomed apartments. Our role, which was broad, included town planning, infrastructure designing and the construction of roads, sewer and water reticulation.
Madokero Mews
Constructed 84 garden apartments, comprised of 2-bedroomed apartments. Our role encompassed layout planning, infrastructure designing, and construction of roads, sewer systems, water reticulations systems as well the design and construction, and selling of the apartments.
Mabvazuva Estates
Housing Development,designing, roads, water & sewer reticulation. 1851 stands were serviced.
Acacia Junior School
The scope of work covered layout planning, sourcing finance, designing for infrastructure, architectural designing of the school buildings as well as the construction of the administration office and classroom blocks for early Learning Centre and Junior School.
Imba muMadokero
The project involved a housing project comprising of 76 garden apartments. The scope of our involvement included infrastructure planning and design, the construction of roads, water and sewer systems as well as the construction of the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. We also constructed common facilities in the complex.
Murombedzi Growth Point
The reconstruction of road bases, surfacing of the roads as well as the construction of storm water drains on 2.5km long roads in a residential suburb at Murombedzi Growth Point.
Chimanimani Road Rehabilitation
Exodus & Company (Pvt) Ltd role was involved in rehabilitation of damaged roads by reconstruction of road bases, surfacing of the roads as well as the construction of storm water drains.
CBZ Agric Res Plot
Exodus & Company (Pvt) Ltd.’s role is the construction of township roads and storm water drainage for Lot 2 of Rietpoort of Georgic of Borrowdale from subgrade up to base one.
VID Beitbridge Deport Parking Area
Exodus & Company (Pvt) Ltd role is the contractor to construct roads, storm water drains, culverts, fencing and bituminous surfacing.
Rehabilitation of Kadoma Main Roads Phase 2
Exodus & Company’s role is the Rehabilitation of Main Road Surfaces on various sections within Kadoma urban. The work being done include Gravelling or reclaiming of failed pavement by gravelling, cement stabilization, watering, compaction and resealing of structurally broken-down surfaced pavements.
ZIMRA Beitbridge Flats
Construction of a triple stores twin block of flats with 12 apartments per floor and a total of 36 apartments for Zimra staff. Each apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. On every floor there are 2 common rooms that are shared each by 6 apartments. The scope also included air conditioning services, electrical works, plumbing and civil works, land scaping as well as balustrades.
Cyclone Idai Restoration works Manicaland Province Copa Mutsvangwa Road
Exodus & Company’s role is to do spot regravelling, rehabilitation and installation of stormwater drainages on 13 km section of the Copa-Mutsvangwa Road
Rehabilitation and Widening of Harare- Masvingo- Beitbridge Road, (5 Lots of 20km each)
Exodus & Company’s role was to rehabilitate and widen 100km section of the Harare- Masvingo- Beitbridge Road
Madokero Creek
The Phase project which was completed in June 2024 involved the construction of state-of-art cluster housing units which comprise of 82 units 2-3 bed simplex and duplex units. Phase 2 will now encompass the construction of 66 units 2-3 bed simplex and duplex units.
Madokero Warehouse Phase 1 & 2
The initial phase of the project, completed in June 2022, involved the construction of six modern warehouse buildings totalling over 24,000 square meters, along with accompanying office spaces and utility infrastructure. The upcoming second phase will include the installation of bulk services such as water, sewer, roads, and stormwater management, as well as the construction of four state-of-the-art warehouses.

Designs & development of Employee additional low cost Housing Project in Turf (242 core house)
Shurugwi MIPF
The project involved the provision of civil engineering services for the proposed development of Impali Source Layout 4 Stands, Shurugwi. Approximately 310 stands were serviced.
PIM - Madokero Mall Phase 1 & 2
This project involved both the construction of a regional shopping mall, industrials units and the planning and paving of roads and parking areas. Scope of works included concrete works, steel works, brick works and roofing.
49A Borrowdale
The project is a mixed-use development situated at 49A Borrowdale Road. Exodus & Company was responsible for the civil works on the 15.1223-hectare site. The company was contracted to construct approximately 2 kilometers of roads and stormwater drainage, implement water reticulation, build a bio-digester, set up electricity reticulation, and create an entrance wall and perimeter wall, along with project management services.
Tawona Estate
The project comprises of 317 residential stands average size 1000sqm. The development includes roads, water, sewer reticution
Marondera Warehouse Phase 1 & 2
The first phase of the project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art warehouse. Our involvement encompassed planning, builders work, civil works, electrical works, and mechanical works, ensuring very aspect is handled with diligence. The floor size of the warehouse is approximately 4000m2. The second phase which is currently under construction include the construction of the second warehouse.
Construction of Harare Kanyemba Road
Exodus & Company’s role is the upgrading, widening and construction of a 354km travel infrastructure that will facilitate efficient movement of factors of production between Eastern-Central Africa and Southern Africa through Zambia, Mozambique and Zimbabwe.
Harare Parliament Road (HEPA)
The scope involves dualization and construction of a 21.7 kilometre stretch along the Harare- Bindura highway from its intersection with Nemakonde Road all the way up to and including the Boulevard traffic circle. A bridge is also being constructed as part of the road infrastructure meant to link the Harare to the New City

PIM Madokero Westlands Phase 1
This project entails the execution of bulk earthworks, which includes a guardhouse, boundary wall, and refuse yard, along with the construction of three-story apartment buildings featuring a total of 108 units, consisting of both two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
