The development model is designed as Gated Communities, featuring variations of cluster homes and apartments. Phase 1 of the project, completed in June 2024, involved the construction of state-of-the-art cluster housing units, comprising 82 units of 2–3 bedroom simplex and duplex homes. Phase 2 will expand this initiative with the construction of an additional 66 units, also consisting of 2-3 bedroom simplex and duplex homes.
