The mixed-use housing development, which commenced in August 2015, is still in progress. The housing development is being done on a 200-hectare piece of land situated in Ruwa, near Harare. Our role in the project is the construction of 63km of tarred road and as well as the construction of water reticulation of 49km and sewer reticulation of 46km. Current projects involve the installation of a water treatment plan and the construction of an access road junction from Mutare Road.
