Chartered Institute of Project Managers Zimbabwe (CIPMZ) Inaugural Awards: Best Project Development of the Year 2017
Exodus & Company (Pvt) Ltd won this category for the Madokero Estate Project. This is an affordable mixed-use medium density housing estate where we serviced 1700 residential stands and built 500 garden and double story apartments.
Zimbabwe Real Estate Expo and Construction Awards - 2024
We received the Outstanding Mixed-Use Development and Civil Engineering and Construction Excellence 2024 Award. These esteemed accolades recognize our exceptional achievements and considerable growth in the construction sector.
Chartered Institute of Project Managers (CIPMZ) - 2024
We were awarded Best Engineering and Construction - Property Development of the Year in 2024. The award highlighted our Madokero Industrial Park, Mabvazuva Estate, and Blufhill Residential Developments. Additionally, we were awarded the Chartered Institute of Project Managers Best Road Rehabilitation and Construction 2024 Award for our Harare-Kanyemba and Harare-Masvingo-Beitbridge road construction projects.
NSSA Conference Awards - 2024
We were awarded two awards in the Building and Construction Sector category. The first award was based on SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) performance (OHS System existence, compliance with OHS legal requirements, incident statistics with no fatalities, and no property damage worth USD $50,000). We came in third and received a bronze award. We earned the first place award for being the most improved company in 2024, recognized for our exceptional overall business performance at the national level. This accolade included both a Gold Award certificate and a shield trophy.
Zimbabwe Building Contractors Association Awards - 2024
