The project comprises the construction of six state of the art warehouses, each with average floor space of 2,500 square metres for the Public Service Pension Fund. Our role in this project involved financial and project planning, architectural designing, civil and structural designing, construction of the necessary infrastructure and the warehouses themselves as well as project management.

We constructed the industrial warehouses from foundation up to its final finishes including paving of roads and parking areas.
